Refund policy

Sheet masks are personal care products, so opened or used masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Check before you pay: You can open your parcel and check it in front of the rider before paying. If anything is wrong, you can refuse the parcel.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items: Please record a video while opening your parcel. If anything is damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with the video and your order details. We will send a free replacement.

Refunds: If a replacement is not possible, we refund the amount for the affected items by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 5-7 working days after approval.

Refused parcels: Please only place a Cash on Delivery order if you will accept it. Repeated refused parcels may lead to future orders needing advance payment.
